Meet Project Brady: A gorgeous rental property just a seagull squawk away from the beach.
Longing for a lifestyle change, our clients moved into their home during COVID and quickly realized that they’d need their space to do a bit of growing – and glowing - up if it was going to keep up with the demands of their new daily life.
Enter the Home Office Makeover: A quest that would see us creating rental friendly His and Hers home office spaces.
FURNISH AND STYLE
Creating your dream space in a rental home can sometimes feel limiting, but for this project we focused on unlocking colorful possibilities for our clients. Originally, both office spaces were bare and clean but lacked personality. Our goal was to level everything up while injecting more fun and flavor into the office spaces so they had Zoom-friendly backdrops that made them look forward to going into the office each day.
Her space was crafted to be fun, playful and full of texture. A gorgeous wooden bookcase with a unique design accent at the bottom became one of the more practical features of the room while the Zoom-worthy artwork behind her desk gave her colleagues and clients an instant conversation starter.
His space was understated but masculine and infused with a warm, desert style (hello, cactus!) that conjured up visions of Palm Springs.
Finally, we added a special Hubby Nook into Her space so that he could visit her and hang out while she was working.
