The Port

Destination Co-Working : ASR Furnish and Style

An Abandoned Mall sat vacant and our clients the owners of The Port had a vision. A vision to revitalize the city, to give people an alternate way of working, and to create a community.

With a lot of love and dedication, we were able to give the old mall a new and vibrant life.

The mission was to create a destination for Oakland’s most innovative entrepreneurs.

Commercial | Co Working Space | 2 Story + ROOF Remodel + Furnishing

Next to Lake Merit and surrounded by greenery. This oasis in the middle of the city is home away from home.

Our main goal was to make to make everyone feel like when they get to work, that their environment was an extension of their own home. Creating a variety of area’s from open workspaces, to private conference rooms, and spacious roof deck. People have the choice of working alone or mingling with other likeminded creatives.

We used commercial grade furniture that looked and felt more like items you would have in your own home.

Neutral colors were paired with patterns and pops of color to give each space a unique vibe.

We partnered with local artists to create one of a kind murals and ensure that color and mood was infused into every square inch of the space.
